Artist Boss - Exhibition at Bath School of Art & Design, Bath, UK

Artist Boss is a creative research project, which explores the relationship between artist and assistant. Initiated by Bath Spa University and Norwich University of the Arts, Artist Boss focuses on the prolific sculptor Sir Anthony Caro (1924 – 2013), investigating the traditional assistants role, its impact on learning and artistic careers.

This item contains documentation of an exhibition running from 5th December 2016 – 20th January 2017. The documentation includes a handout distributed at the exhibition, a brief documentary film on the project displayed at the exhibition, a document providing information on the artists and contributors to the project, an Artist Boss timeline, and example images of the artists' work displayed at the exhibition, as well as images of the exhibition view.
